Recently, I came across a brand in Pakistan that I wasn’t very familiar with before – Sunridge Foods 🌾. I only knew them for their flour and rice products 🍚 but never really explored their full variety. Around 1–2 years ago, Sunridge Foods opened their own outlets in the local markets of Karachi 🏬.
I was quite impressed to see that despite such a cluttered market, they boldly entered the bakery industry 🥖 with a unique selling strategy 💡. Along with bakery items, they placed their complete household product range at the outlet – ensuring that once customers walked in, they had access to everything in one place.
What really attracted me was their Happy Hours strategy ⏰ – after 6 PM, they offer 40% off on bakery items 🥐🍩.
Here’s how this benefits them:
✨ Creative entry into the bakery category – They positioned themselves differently from traditional bakeries.
